Keplars does not support cold emails, unsolicited outreach, or spam-style marketing emails. These limits help protect deliverability and ensure system-critical emails remain reliable.

No. Keplars ensures inbox placement out of the box. While we recommend configuring SPF, DKIM, and DMARC for maximum control, they are optional, not mandatory. You can set up in case of custom domains.
You can cancel anytime from your Billing Dashboard. Your plan remains active until the current billing cycle ends. Since we provide a free 14-day trial, we generally don't issue refunds for unused time, but contact support if charged in error.
