Keplars infrastructure is hosted across Leaseweb data centers and Amazon Web Services (AWS) to provide a balance of performance, reliability, and global availability. We use multiple layers of infrastructure redundancy and security practices to ensure consistent service delivery.
Infrastructure & Hosting
- Keplars runs on Leaseweb and AWS cloud infrastructure, leveraging geographically distributed systems.
- Systems are designed with redundancy to minimize downtime and handle failures gracefully.
- Leaseweb data centers follow industry standards such as ISO 27001, PCI DSS, and SOC frameworks, ensuring strong baseline security controls.

Security Practices
- All communication with Keplars (API, dashboard, and email endpoints) is secured using HTTPS / TLS encryption.
- Sensitive credentials (such as passwords and API keys) are stored using secure hashing and encryption practices.

Data Handling
- Keplars acts as a data processor, while customers remain responsible for the data they send.
- Email content may be temporarily stored for delivery, tracking, and debugging purposes.
- We do not guarantee encryption of email content at rest within our system.
- Customers should avoid sending sensitive or regulated data unless they have ensured proper compliance.
