Keplars supports both transactional and marketing emails - OTPs, password resets, alerts, onboarding flows, product notifications, and subscriber campaigns.

Are there any restrictions on the emails I can send?
Spam, phishing, malicious content, and emails violating CAN-SPAM or GDPR are not allowed. Transactional, marketing, and cold outreach are all supported as long as your practices remain compliant.

Do marketing emails affect my transactional email deliverability?
No. Transactional and marketing traffic are separated. OTPs and critical emails are always prioritised and routed independently.

Will I get a refund if my account is restricted for policy violations?
No. If your account is restricted due to sending spam, phishing emails, or any activity that violates Keplars' Acceptable Use Policy or platform integrity guidelines, no refund or credit will be issued for the remaining subscription period. This includes mass unsolicited campaigns, phishing attempts, use of purchased or scraped contact lists, and any other conduct that undermines the platform or applicable regulations such as CAN-SPAM and GDPR. Restriction decisions are final. The forfeiture of remaining plan value is a direct consequence of the violation and is not subject to dispute.
