What emails does Keplars support?

Keplars supports both transactional and marketing emails - OTPs, password resets, alerts, onboarding flows, product notifications, and subscriber campaigns.

Are there any restrictions on the emails I can send?

Spam, phishing, malicious content, and emails violating CAN-SPAM or GDPR are not allowed. Transactional, marketing, and cold outreach are all supported as long as your practices remain compliant.

How does Keplars Mail Service work?

Connect via Google Workspace, Microsoft Outlook, or a custom domain. Integrate using API, SMTP, Webhook, or custom domain - generate credentials from the dashboard and start sending in minutes.

Do I need to set up SPF, DKIM, or DMARC?

No. Inbox placement works out of the box. SPF, DKIM, and DMARC are optional but recommended for custom domains.

What is your refund and cancellation policy?

Cancel anytime from your Billing Dashboard - your plan stays active until the cycle ends. We generally don't refund unused time, but contact support if charged in error.

How does your billing work?

Monthly plans across Pulse, Orbit, Launch, and Custom tiers - for both transactional and marketing emails. Switch between views on the pricing page and upgrade or downgrade anytime.
