Cancellation Policy

At Keplars Mail Service, we offer flexible subscription management. This Cancellation Policy outlines how you can cancel your subscription and what happens when you do.

You have full control over your subscription and can cancel at any time without any hassle.

When you cancel your subscription:

• You can cancel your plan at any time from your account dashboard
• Your current plan will remain active until the end of your billing period
• You will continue to have full access to all features until the billing period ends
• No charges will be applied from the next billing cycle onwards
• Your subscription will automatically terminate at the end of the current period

After cancellation, here's what happens:

• Monthly plans: Service continues until the end of the current month
• Annual plans: Service continues until the end of the current year
• All features remain accessible during this period
• No refunds are provided for the remaining days of the current billing period
• Your data remains accessible until the subscription expires

Please note our refund policy:

• No refunds are provided for partial months or unused time
• Payments already made for the current billing period are non-refundable
• Cancellation only prevents future charges
• Service downtime refunds may be offered on a case-by-case basis
• Billing errors will be corrected and refunded if applicable

Accounts restricted for policy violations are not eligible for refunds under any circumstances:

• No refund or credit is issued if your account is restricted due to sending spam, phishing emails, or malicious content
• Violations include (but are not limited to) mass unsolicited emails, phishing campaigns, sending to purchased or scraped contact lists, and any activity that undermines platform integrity
• Disobeying Keplars' Acceptable Use Policy or applicable regulations (CAN-SPAM, GDPR, etc.) constitutes grounds for immediate restriction without refund
• Restriction decisions are based on automated monitoring and manual review and are considered final
• The forfeiture of any remaining subscription value is a direct and intended consequence of policy violations and is not subject to dispute
• This policy exists to protect the sending reputation of our infrastructure and the deliverability of all users on the platform

To cancel your subscription, follow these simple steps:

• Log in to your Keplars Mail Service account
• Navigate to Account Settings or Billing section
• Click on 'Cancel Subscription' or 'Manage Plan'
• Confirm your cancellation when prompted
• You will receive a confirmation email with cancellation details

Changed your mind? You can reactivate your subscription:

• Reactivate anytime before your current period ends to continue without interruption
• After expiration, you can subscribe again with a new billing cycle
• Your previous data and settings may be retained for a limited time
• Contact support if you need assistance with reactivation

What happens to your billing after cancellation:

• Your payment method will not be charged after the current period ends
• You will receive a final invoice for the current billing period
• Automatic renewal will be disabled
• No termination or cancellation fees apply
• You can download past invoices from your account
